Easy to find property, bonus of two parking spaces and great to be accessible via a lift or steps. The apartment was bright, modern and had everything you needed in the kitchen. We were left milk, tea and chocolates which went down well. Such comfortable sofas looked like new. The beds were very comfortable and the linen really nice not so impressed with the towels though. Clean modern bathrooms. Balconies on both levels with great views. We had a really nice stay, perfect position for beach, eateries and a few amusements for our 4yr old grandson and some great attractions not too far away by car. Good communication throughout from Ocean-Cottages.

My wife and I stayed at 7 Ocean Point over the Easter Week with our son and three grandchildren. A fifth generation of the family to enjoy Woolacombe! The apartment was very comfortable with ample living space in the penthouse and great views. The location is perfect for everything Woolacombe has to offer and two underground parking spaces were icing on the cake. Board and wetsuit storage was very handy. The balconies surrounding the apartment provided a nice place for sundowners and are very child safe. Bedrooms are a little "snug" but comfortable. The availability of only one shower slowed us down a little in the mornings. We enjoyed some unexpectedly warm days when we had to manage the indoor heat by opening all exterior doors. If you are planning to cook at home, it is worth remembering to bring down extra cooking utensils and sharp knives, along with all the condiments etc. that you will need. We would definitely enjoy returning to 7 Ocean Point at the same time of year.

We had poor entry gate instructions so called housekeeper - unable to give precise instructions but eventually found out how to get through. Keysafe was not where instructions said it was - housekeeper had no idea where it was so we were left searching for it (left us to question how it had been covid cleaned). During the storm that started during the day the glass on the outside table blew off over the balcony - glass all over balcony. We contacted housekeeper who advised us to pick up the glass before storm hit. We said no - too dangerous the situation actually needed to be assessed. Advised someone would come over - no one did. Following morning we assessed the situation - was awful. Glass on the pavement, glass on the road, lots of glass in another property (we were two flrs up). We felt sick to our stomachs when we saw the injury to people that could have been caused. Thankfully the property downstairs were not on their balcony when the glass fell onto it. I myself had to check with the downstairs property that no injuries had occurred. I sent an email and photos to Ocean Cottages - the response I got was "kind regards, Jane - Director". Too date no follow up from Ocean Cottages.

The apartment is beautiful and in such a great spot. Just across the road from the beach and with lift access directly from the car park to your apartment it made life easy! It was furnished beautifully and cleaned to a very high standard. The views across Woolacombe were amazing, even on a rainy day! Due to covid we could not check in until 6pm and had to be out by 9am which was hard with two small children. The bedrooms are an ok size but I would not recommend this apartment if you have children. It does note in the details that the blinds let in a lot of light and they really do! There are also no windows in the apartment, only doors, which meant that it was very hot in the bedrooms as we could not leave the doors open.

Absolutely wonderful. Lovely apartment, quite well equipped. Only missed out on 5 stars as (a) was very hot at night as no windows, only doors, from bedrooms and didn't feel safe leaving these open as anyone could come up in the lift and enter the rooms via the balcony and (b) could be better soundproofed. Otherwise perfect.

This is a beautiful apartment with spectacular views across the bay. It is spotlessly clean, modern and spacious and is literally a few minutes walk from Woolacombe beach which is ideal for adults and children alike. There are lots of lovely places to eat but if you choose to cook the kitchen is well equipped too. There's parking for 2 cars, storage for wetsuits and body/surf boards and a lift taking you to the apartment. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is beautiful, the views are stunning and we have come home feeling so relaxed. We will definitely be coming back again. Booking through Ocean Cottages was so hassle free and easy, cannot thank them enough.

We had a wonderful time the apartment has everything you need and is very modern and clean. The beds are very comfy and the sea view is absolutely stunning . The location is superb for the beach, restaurants, shops and pubs all in walking distance. We can't wait to visit again.

We stayed here in June 2021, 6 adults and plenty of room for all of us. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.
