3 Gull Rock is a modern 2 bedroom apartment in a south facing position overlooking The Esplanade and enjoying panoramic views of Coombesgate & Barricane Beach, along Woolacombe Bay to Baggy Point and out to the Atlantic Ocean and Lundy Island.
The open plan kitchen/living/dining room comprises a well equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine and Neff Cooker, hob and microwave. There is a dining table and chairs for up to 6 people and comfortable lounge seating for 4/5 with a flat screen TV with freeview and french doors leading out to the decked balcony.
There is a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom plus a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Both bedrooms enjoy en-suites, the master having a bath with hand held shower attachment and the second bedroom having a shower cubicle, there is also a wc off the hallway.
There is parking for one vehicle, any additional vehicles would need to be parked in the Mortehoe village car park - approx. 0.5 miles/10 minute walk (charged locally). The balcony provides a lovely spot for 'al fresco' dining with table and chairs for 4 whilst enjoying fantastic, panoramic sea and national trust views.
The Gull Rock building has a lower ground level to the front of the building (closest to the sea), than the rear. The car park is situated at the rear of the property above the entrance to this specific apartment, with external stairs leading to the front door of Apartment 3 Gull Rock. The balcony (as seen in the photographs) is on the same level as the apartment. Please note that there is another apartment beneath.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PARKING FOR THE GULL ROCK APARTMENTS IS EXTREMELY TIGHT AND ONLY SUITABLE FOR SMALLER VEHICLES WHEN MORE THAN ONE APARTMENT IS IN USE. iT IS THOUGHT THAT VEHICLES OVER 4.3M IN LENGTH AND 1.55M WIDE WOULD BE TOO BIG TO GET IN/OUT OF THE SPACE WHEN OTHER VEHICLES ARE PARKED. THERE IS THE MORTEHOE VILLAGE CAR PARK APRROX 10-15 MINS WALK FROM THE APARTMENT WHERE A WEEKLY TICKET CAN BE PURCHASED (PRICES AVAILABLE ON RINGO).

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 4 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 6 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 6pm and the check out time is 9am.

Woolacoombe is a lovely part of the world and 3 Gull Rock is an amazing place to stay The views over Woolacoombe are incredible and We will miss them. We would be happy to stay there again
This is a special place. We came from the south of Germany and ,make our holidays for the 3rd time in Mortehoe/Woolacombe. Like everytime, we had a great time, good weather and a rejuvination that will give us power for the next year. We enjoyed this lovely apartment and the balcony, on which we had long and clotted cream filled breakfasts. We will come again, as fast as possible.
We had a brilliant time and had loads of fun, the best surfing is in Croyde. I'd love to come back soon.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at Gull Rock! 6 years since I was here last and have brought the surf board down too. Spent the days eating on the balcony and walking to various locations. Saw a seal. Many happy memories and we look forward to returning soon.
Thank you for a wonderful stay in your top class accommodation! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Trips to Ilfracombe and Putsborough beach were two of the several highlights from this part of the world. To our delight we saw a herd of seals on Mortehoes coastal walk - a wonderful sight. We can have no complaints at all and will definitely be back again.
