We thoroughly enjoyed our now annual stay at Sandy Toes. It is ideally placed to explore the Devon, just a few minutes walk form the beach and has a great enclosed garden and outdoor shower for cleaning off the sand.

The property Sandy toes is very nice there is everything you need as well as very clean the hot tub is great the property does need some lounger chairs in the garden to relax in .had a great time and will be returning next year The spring family Brighton Sussex holiday sept 2023

Lovely place to stay - so convenient . Everything you need in the kitchen and all very clean . Sofa bed not so comfy and the need for a lounger or two or reclining chairs was very much missed. The shower was fab - and so was the hot tub. Great tv choice . We have been coming every year to Croyde now for 22 years so it was nice to have a change and we enjoyed ourselves . Thanks lesley

Lovely little house..very clean and fab location to everything in the village and walk to the beach ...great garden area for the dog and very secluded...the only negative thing was that extractor fan in the bathroom...very noisy and took ages to go off ....very annoying at bed time when trying to get to sleep ...apart from that we all had a fab holiday x

What can I say about our stay at the beautiful “Sandy toes” .. well firstly Ocean Cottages made it so easy for us, from booking to communication regarding check-in, check-out and when there was a slight issue with the boiler it was fixed within 24hrs and they even dropped off some complimentary electric radiators for us in case we got cold and the shower is electric so the boiler “issue” didn’t affect us in any way. The hot tub was prepped and ready for us to use on our arrival which was perfect after a long drive from Lincolnshire. The property is absolutely stunning! From how clean it was to its beautiful decoré. The space indoors and outdoors is setup perfectly, with an enclosed garden which was incredible for our two dogs. The hot tub is in a perfect location to watch the sunrise above the rooftops which we did every morning. Sandy toes is very clearly well looked after by the whole team of Ocean Cottages. It is in a perfect location, with only a very short walk to the beach which was lovely for sunsets and also a short walk to “The Thatch” pub which was amazing as we were there to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. Thank you so much to everyone at Ocean Cottages for making our stay so perfect, we have made the most incredible memories and we will certainly be back to stay again soon!

We visit Croyde twice a year & always take a 2 week break late September. We have stayed in many properties over the years.

This place was a 'home from home' with everything we could possibly need. A special bonus was the 2 TV's complete with Netflix, Apple TV plus & Amazon Prime, which cam in handy on a couple of very rainy days!

It was fab that it was dog friendly, our 2 Dachshunds loved it as much as we did. The Hot Tub was a fantastic feature & just the ticket after coming back from the beach. We loved it so much we've booked it again for next year!

Stayed for a family wedding end of August 22. Was exactly as viewed on the website. Very clean with everything you could need. We didn't have time to full appreciate the accommodation but would recommend. Situated perfectly for a short walk into Croyde and access to the beach. Beach, walks and views are truly stunning.

The house is lovely, and clean with everything needed. The enclosed garden is perfect for dogs and gets the sun all day. Perfect location, with everything just a short walk.

Sandy Toes is a real home from home and has everything you need for your break away. So well located for walks to the beach and into the village where there is a number of pubs/ eateries to save you having to drive whilst on holiday. Ideal base for exploring the local area, Woolacoombe, Braunton, Staunton Sands, Bideford and Westwood Ho! To name a few. We felt really comfortable & relaxed in Sandy Toes and the hot tub was great. Loved having the garden for the dog. Highly recommend although hope that doesn't mean that we can't book again as it becomes too popular Only recommendation to owner would be that a further wardrobe would be useful.

Sandy toes is a great holiday home with everything you need to make it a special time away in a great location, we booked late with Kristyn & she went above & beyond to find us a property that was in our budget on such short notice, can't fault the property or the service from ocean cottage's, extremely good all round. Home from home. Great property with everything you need. Great location for walks, beach and pubs. We had a very relaxed time and the hot tub was great to chill out in. Just what we needed. We Love Croyde and will be back again soon. Xxx

Lovely bungalow in a quiet location. The garden is totally dog safe and mostly private. Outdoor hot shower was a great idea and hot tub was well maintained. 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 min drive back to Braunton for supermarket and take aways and more choice in the off season. Great communication from Ocean cottages , all in all a lovely short break.

Sandy Toes is easy to find and ideally placed to explore Croyde and the surrounding area.The garden is secure - perfect for the dog - and we enjoyed some great walks followed by a dip in the hot tub. The house is well equipped, and comfortable. WE look forward to returning next year

We would definitely recommend staying here, the location was amazing. And the house was well equipped clean and cosy! Lovely sunny garden for alfresco dining with hot tub fun. Outdoor shower was great especially after a sandy day on the beach. Lots of modern technology too and great WiFi for young ones. A good all rounder.

Been staying with Ocean Cottages for years in numerous properties. Houses are spotless and any issues are sorted out immediately. Lovely friendly Service and fantastic efforts during the Covid pandemic. See you again soon. Paul and family.

What a cracking week! Beach, The Thatch, hot tub, Korev, sunset, fish, chips, Sri Lankan curry(!) - Amazing! Loved every minute.

We had a super time staying at Sandy Toes , and really didn't want to leave. With everything you could possibly need , and the hot tub included and just minutes from the beach and all the village has to offer , we will definitely be back !

Great location, we would highly recommend the Manor House Pub for lunch and dinner - it has a kids play area. The cascades swimming pool is also grea fun for the kids (@ Ruda Holiday Park).

We've had wonderful weather, great fun in the hot tub and lots of sleep in the comfy beds. Thank you very much.

Great family holiday home right by an amazing beach with plenty of activities for the kids! The house is finished to a high standard and comes equipped with all the home comforts you'd expect. The hot tub was a really nice touch and the vibe in the village is vibrant but not too touristy. Great place will come again!!

What a great spot. You can hit so many beaches from this lovely location.....jump in the hot tub after a day out or chill out in the garden. The interior of the property is immaculately dressed Would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a beach holiday.

Just recently back from a wonderful long weekend at Sandy Toes. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, the property is fab with comfy beds and everything you could ask for in the living areas (plus a hot tub!!!). It’s location is perfect, 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk (if that) to the centre of croyde village, everything is literally on the doorstep. Croyde is a beautiful place to visit and the village is full of great pubs and places to relax after a long walk (or surf if feeling adventurous!). Can’t wait for the next visit, will 100% rebook.

The house is beautiful and we feel so welcome with everything we could possibly expect and more - the hot tub was a wonderful bonus! Croyde is so beautiful, we recommend walks to Baggy Point (and on to Woolacombe if you feeling energetic) and enjoying wonderful diner and drinks at The Thatch Inn just round the corner. But most of all just enjoy the beautiful beach and relaxing cosiness of sandy Toes. Cant wait until the next visit.
