Sandy Toes is a desirable 2/3 bedroom holiday home situated just a short walk from the beach and village amenities. This flexible accommodation is perfect for families looking for an escape to Croyde. Ideal holiday home, that is pet friendly too! HOT TUB usage included in the accommodation cost.

 

The neighbouring property is undergoing internal building works until the 18th May 2018. The owner has agreed to compensate £50 for any stay taken within this period. Should you wish to book, please contact us directly to apply the discount.

Recently redecorated and refurbished in 2018 with contemporary style and comfort, this open plan accommodation offers a relaxing and sociable space for your holiday.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. From the kitchen, a dining table, comfortably seating 6 guests can be found.

The living area is arranged in two sections, with two televisions. To the front of the property, the lounge is cleverly converted to the third bedroom by a retractable partition (with separate access from the hallway). The corner sofa can then be set up as a double bed in the evenings. Not only does this retractable partition provide privacy for guests using this room, it separates the living space into two. One sofa, an armchair, and an additional television provide the remaining guests with part of the living area for their early morning coffee. During the day, there is comfortable seating in the living area for 8 guests. If the property is required to sleep 8 guests (6 adults + 2 children), the property can be set up with an additional sofa bed in the lounge area that is closest to the kitchen (£30 hire charge per week). Bean bags are provided for additional seating.

A door leads from the dining area into the enclosed garden - perfect for children, pets and sunbathing! The hot tub (usage included in the rental rate) will undoubtebely offer all members of the party with hours of fun! A coal BBQ is provided for alfresco dining.

Two bedrooms can be found from the hallway. The master bedroom houses a double bed and storage space. The second bedroom has the flexibility to be arranged as either a double bed or two single beds.

There is a contemporary family shower room.

Parking for two cars on the driveway.

Maxmimum of 1 dog accepted at the property.

An outside shower is the perfect addition for a rinse down after a day of surfing - and is incredibly handy with the hot tub!

Will 100% Rebook!

Just recently back from a wonderful long weekend at Sandy Toes. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, the property is fab with comfy beds and everything you could ask for in the living areas (plus a hot tub!!!). It’s location is perfect, 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk (if that) to the centre of croyde village, everything is literally on the doorstep. Croyde is a beautiful place to visit and the village is full of great pubs and places to relax after a long walk (or surf if feeling adventurous!). Can’t wait for the next visit, will 100% rebook.

£45 booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.  

If your booking is less than 10 weeks away, the full amount (including booking fee and damages deposit) is due at the time of booking.

Check-in time is from 4pm and the check out time is 10am.

Maximum number of adults accepted is 6 adults. Parties of 8 guests must be made up of 6 adults and 2 children (under the age of 12).
