Sands End offers the ideal base for your family holiday, with 4 bedrooms (master en-suite), family shower room, large open plan kitchen/dining/living room, and enclosed lawned garden - ideal for children and dogs alike!

The kitchen area is well equipped with modern storage units, beautiful rangemaster range with gas hob and electric oven and a microwave. Also in the kitchen you will find a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided) and a wine fridge.

There is a dining area with table and chairs providing seating for up to 12 with french doors leading on to the patio/garden area with outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining.

There is a living area with comfortable seating where you will find a flat screen TV with freeview and SkyQ, a DVD player and a wood burner for those cosy nights in.

The master bedroom, which has limited head room, is located on the first floor and houses a king size bed, plenty of storage space, en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, WC and sink.

To the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is a bunk bed room with en-suite (walk in shower, WC and sink). There is bedroom with a zip & link mattress which can be used as a superking double or two full size twin singles, there is also a built in wardrobe. There is another double room on this floor with built in wardrobe and access into the garden.

The beautiful garden provides a great deal of privacy and a lovely environment for children and dogs. There is a gated path to the side of the house to access the garden and an outside shower. Seating for 8 people can be found on the patio with a Weber BBQ for you to use. On the terrace there is a hot tub where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets.

The driveway has parking for up to 2 vehicles with unrestricted residents parking to the road outside the property.

One well behaved dog welcome (extra charge applies).
Owners will consider two dogs at their discretion - please contact us.

We stayed at Sands End the first week of July and were so pleased that we choose that property. It was spacious, modern, close to Croyde village and the beach. The property is very well appointed - it has literally everything you can possibly need - so on reflection we didn't need to bring as many things from home! Bedrooms are all great - with very nice pillows and linens. The BBQ out the back is great - plenty of space to cook a meal for the family. Could not fault our stay here one bit...only downside was that we had to go home in the end!

Great place to stay!

The house was perfect and had a lovely feel. It was a good size, light and modern. The house had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. There was a great size garden which was maintained with a lovely seating area ideal for BBQ's and a hot tub. The location of the property was great with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The Deli does a great breakfast! The property was dog friendly with a secure garden. We very much enjoyed our 2 weeks here and we loved North Devon!

£45 booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.  

Check-in time is from 4pm and the check out time is 10am.
