Just spent a lovely week at Mill Farm (8 adults and 1 teenager) - it is a generously-proportioned, well-furnished house with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated living areas. Lovely garden and great location, less than 5 minute's walk from the centre of Croyde. The stream running within the garden, alongside the property is an added bonus. No expense has been spared in the bedding, towels, plates and cutlery provided which was an unexpected surprise. Weather wasn't great for us but we spent lovely afternoons playing some of the many board games provided in front of the roaring fire. Very close to beach with heated outdoor shower and spotless sauna for relaxing afterwards. All in all, we couldn't fault this lovely holiday home.

A group of nine of us (six adults, three children) stayed here the weekend after Easter and had the most glorious time. The house is spacious, extremely comfortable and incredibly well accoutred with eveything you could possibly need in the kitchen and elsewhere (eg games etc). The added bonus of a sauna which heats up incredibly quickly was fantastic. Excellent pubs for lunch and/or supper in both directions from the house. A short walk to a beautiful beach which is great for walking, swimming, bodyboarding and surfing. A real home from home in a truly stunning part of the world.

Very nice family accommodation. Very clean and well maintained. Would certainly recommend. Found staff at Ocean very friendly and obliging. Would definitely use again.

I was very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with a very welcome welcome pack. All of the rooms were spacious & well furnished. Very clean & excellent bedding. Brilliant location. My only criticism was the central heating was temperamental & the radiator did not work in the small bedroom which was necessary for my granddaughter as it got cold through the night.
