A stylish, spacious 5 bedroom holiday home, sleeping up to 10 guests with sea views, stunning terrace for al fresco dining and lovely lawned gardens for everyone to enjoy. This contemporary, well equipped holiday home has been decorated to a high specification throughout. The spacious kitchen is very well equipped (including Nespresso machine) and this open plan space including the dining area provides the perfect space for entertaining your family and friends. The wonderful terrace can be accessed from this room, making al-fresco dining easy to manage.

The stylish sitting room has comfortable seating for all guests, a log burning stove creates a cosy feel and there is a flat screen TV. A second sitting room can be found on the same floor - providing a perfect area for the children.

There is a very useful wet room with a walk-in shower to ensure that everyone shakes off the sand after their activities during the day, and a utility room with a tumble dryer and washing machine.

There are 5 bedrooms at the property, all of which are on the first floor and enjoy spectacular views. Both the separate WC and the family bathroom are contemporary and bright, with a statement freestanding bath. The master bedroom has an impressive 4 poster bed. The second bedroom, a twin room, is accessed via this master bedroom, providing a perfect arrangement for the younger children. Four of the bedrooms benefit from feature brick fireplaces and all are decorated to an incredibly high standard. The third bedroom houses a double bed bed, the fourth bedroom is another twin room and the final, fifth bedroom is a bunk room. 

Broad-De is accessed via a gated entrance and sweeping driveway providing car parking for up to 5 cars. Storage is available for your bikes, boards and wetsuits.

Reduced Occupancy Discount: £70 reduction can be applied for parties of 6 guests or less (when using only three bedrooms - please note that other rooms will be locked off). Not eligible for stays in July or August. Not eligible on stays of 3 or 4 nights when booked within 2 weeks of the holiday start date.

Fabulous house and location everything you need for a fantastic holiday.

Just spent a week at Broad De in croyde with our family, the house is perfectly located,few minutes from the beach,has everything in it , fantastic equipped kitchen, lovely garden, enclosed for our dogs, beautiful house with lots of beach things to use, drying room etc, lots of space for the seven of us.the village is so pretty and the best fish and chips at Squires in Braunton,we will definitely be returning! Heaven ♥️

fab location

This was a great base for our family holiday, with plenty of room of four adults, three young children and one baby. The house was bright and airy, clean, nicely furnished, and very well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches - including milk in the fridge and a welcome box of goodies. We felt very at home and relaxed. And the views all around were stunning. Particularly loved looking out of upstairs window at the sun setting over what I think was Baggy Point. Great location - took us just ten minutes (with little legs and assorted paraphernalia) to get onto the beach, and even less time to get to the village centre for fish and chips/ice creams/large G&T!

£45 booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.  

Check-in time is from 4pm and the check out time is 10am.
