The living accommodation is modern and open plan with brand new kitchen appliances including built in dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob & an array of kitchen essentials. There is a breakfast bar area with stools and dining table with seating for 6. The living area provides comfortable seating for 6 (including a sofa bed, additional charges apply), Smart TV and access to the rear terrace where there is a small bistro table and chairs.
The bedrooms are located to the first floor and comprise a master bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite shower room plus a twin bedroom.
There is a family bathroom room plus en-suite shower room to the master and a separate wc downstairs off the living room. There is a communal outdoor shower for washing off after the beach.
There is underground dedicated parking area with space for 1 vehicle. The apartment is accessed from the car park area via a stairway or lift. (Please note there is a headroom limit on the underground parking of max. two metres. For guidance, a long wheel base VW Transporter (minus roof racks) can access this area. This should be noted as these may need to be removed from large vehicles before access. There is lift access from the car park to main entrance level. There is a communal storage room for surfboards, wet suits and bikes.
