New property with Ocean Cottages! - June 2023
Fabulous 3 Bedroom contemporary holiday home (sleeps 8) close to Georgeham village centre and a short drive to Putsborough Beach - Large garden and open plan living space

 

Living/Dining/Cooking

Completely renovated in 2023, the open plan kitchen/living dining room provides a lovely space for relaxing and entertaining the family. A large Smart TV is provided in the lounge along with wood burner and even a telescope. Bi-fold doors lead onto an expansive terrace with views over the lawned gardens and Georgeham hills. Both the lounge and dining table have ample comfortable seating for the full occupancy of the property.  The kitchen is well equipped with integrated oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. A separate wine cooler is provided.  There is a breakfast bar with stylish seating for 2. 

Off the kitchen is a modern utility area with butler sink, boot bench and separate access to the garden patio.

Sleeping

The property is set over one level and has a total of three bedrooms. The beautifully decorated master bedroom has a super king bed as default. However, it is a zip and link bed and so can also be made into twin. There is also a wardrobe, vanity dresser and en-suite with shower, sink and w/c. 

The second bedroom boasts a king size bed, hard wood floors, dresser, and wardrobe. The final bedroom has two sets of bunk beds sleeping 4 people, three of the beds are standard singles, suitable for children or adults. One of the 4 beds is a double size but will only be suitable for one person.

Bathing

There is a fresh, modern family bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, wash basin and w/c. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, with w/c and wash basin.

Outside

From the living area, bifold doors lead to the large patio where there is an outside table (seating 8 people), parasol, and further seating for two on a smaller table and chairs. Steps down from the patio access the large, fully enclosed lawned garden. There is a coal BBQ in the garden (coal not provided).

The patio area in the garden also has a hot/cold outside shower available for guests to wash off wetsuits. There is also wetsuite and surfboard racks.

The driveway provides parking for one large vehicle, or two small vehicles when parked tightly together. The road is unrestricted and therefore additional vehicles can be parked considerately on the roadside.

Bed Linen, Hand/Bath towels and Wi-Fi are provided within the price.

Max. 2 well behaved dogs are accepted at this property (additional charge per dog), must not be allowed on any furniture or in the bedrooms. Also, must not be left unattended at the property. 

Drive to the Putsborough beach (2 miles away) - 5 - 10 minute drive.

Walk to village - 5 minutes.

Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde beach are also all within an easy drive of this property.

Rental & Booking Information

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable).  If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.

Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

Wonderful house, we will be returning. Great garden, loved the peace and quiet. Lovely walk from the house to Putsborogh Beach, and a great game of pitch and putt at Lynmouth.

Absolutely Immaculate!

The house is absoluetely immaculate! Comfty beds, quiet, fantastic open plan lay-out, all the utensils. We loved sitting on the beautiful patio watching the sun with a few drinks! The house is so clean, we will definitely be back. Thanks for a fabulous week.
