Dining/Cooking

Wooden doors open from the lounge to the dining room where there is a 9ft oak table and chairs for 10 people. The dining room leads around to the well fitted kitchen with granite work tops and integrated appliances including; dishwasher, microwave, split level oven, gas hob and built-in fridge and freezer.  The kitchen leads to the utility room and door to the side of the property.

Living

A spacious hallway gives access to the dual aspect sitting room with comfortable seating for 10, a wood burner, Smart TV which also has a free sat box.

Sleeping

There are 3 bedrooms to the first floor (master bedroom zip & link, twin bedroom & further zip & link).  All the bedrooms are fitted with flat screen tv's.

Bathing

There is a family bathroom upstairs with separate shower. 

Outside

Steps lead down to a decked terrace with extending wooden table and wooden chairs and access to the lawned garden, providing a lovely place to sit, relax and entertain after a hard day on the beach. There is use of a coal BBQ. The property has an EV charger available for guests, which is paid based on usage.

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable).  If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.

Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.
