New to the rental market in the Spring of 2019 this brand new 3/4 bedroom (sleeping 8 guests) holiday home is situated just a short walk from the amenities of the village and the beautiful Croyde beach. Presented with a cool retro chic vibe, Trasona is comfortably furnished for your family beach-themed holiday & is pet friendly too!

 

This property offers a relaxing environment in modern surroundings - situated on a new development of just 16 houses. Trasona benefits from lovely views of the village and rolling countryside as a result of the reverse living accommodation.

The triple aspect, open plan kitchen/living/dining room hosts the perfect setting for holidaying with family and friends. The vaulted ceiling creates a light and spacious area to sit back, relax and unwind. Through double french doors, the room opens onto a large decked balcony (above the garage) offering a great space for outside entertaining and relaxing in the sunshine (outside furniture provided in this area). Bi-fold doors to a Juliette balcony can also be found off the living room which allows for plenty of Croyde sea air on the sunny Summer days. Two sofas, cuddle chair, DVD player and smart TV are provided in the lounge area.

The kitchen space is beautifully designed and fitted with all the necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday (including a dishwasher, wine cooler, fridge/freezer and induction hob) - A real treat for those who love to cook! The top oven is a combination oven with a microwave setting. The dining area has seating for 8 guests.

The bedrooms and bathrooms to the property are found on the ground floor. The beautifully appointed master bedroom with king size bed, built-in wardrobe and drawer storage has an equally beautiful en-suite shower room.

The twin room also has the flexibility to be configured as a double bed should your party require alternative sleeping configurations. The third bedroom houses a full size bunk bed (suitable for adults). The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, along with automatic underlighting for your convenience.

The rear of the garage has been converted to a lovely garden room with smart TV and day bed (sleeping up to 2 guests in a double bed). This room lends itself perfectly for teenagers. Behind the first secure doorway to the property, you will find an external walkway which provides access to the front door. Immediately opposite the front door is the entrance to the garden room. Therefore, please note, that access into the main property from this room requires two paces outside to the front door of the property. An electric radiator is installed in this room to keep the area at your required temperature.

Trasona is immaculately presented with great attention to detail throughout. Underfloor heating ensures that the property remains comfortable for stays outside the Summer periods. The outdoor surfboard racks and (warm) outside shower are a real advantage to the whole family after a long and sandy day at the beach!

A large, lawned garden at the rear of Trasona creates a wonderful space to enjoy, there is also a new decked area with outdoor table and chairs and a Boules court which is sure to provide some wonderful family games (photos to follow) A BBQ is also provided for your use.

Access to the front part of the garage is available for guests use where you will find a small area for storage, along with a washing machine.

We are very pleased to say that the property also accepts up to two small/medium well behaved dogs (charges apply).

There is parking for 1 large car/2 small cars in front of the garage.

Rental & Booking Information

Additional Booking Information

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 4 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable).  If your dates are within 6 weeks, full payment is required.

Check-in time is from 6pm and the check out time is 9am.
