Shoreline View is new to Ocean Cottages and we are delighted to offer this spacious, high-quality property. Pet friendly with a large garden and sleeping up to 6 guests.

Introducing our stunning new addition to our holiday letting portfolio - a modern and attractive property located on a small development. With 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 guests comfortably, this property is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

Sleeping

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a shower en suite, offering both comfort and convenience. Guests will be able to wake up to breathtaking views of the village, dunes, and the sparkling sea. There is also a twin bedroom, perfect for children or additional guests. The large second bedroom also features an en suite shower and offers stunning views of the sea, village, and dunes.

Living/Dining/Cooking

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious and breezy dual aspect sitting room. The gorgeous kitchen/dining room is equipped with modern appliances and has French doors that open up to a paved patio, allowing guests to enjoy al fresco dining. You'll also find some additional comfy sofas which will allow you to relax in the bright and open area.

One of the highlights of this property is the underfloor heating throughout, ensuring a cosy and comfortable stay all year round. There is also a convenient downstairs cloakroom and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests will have access to the garage, which provides ample storage space for surfboards, kayaks, and bikes.

Bathing

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious family bathroom equipped with a separate bath and shower. Downstairs there is an additional shower situated in the garage which can be used for washing off after a long day at the beach and an outside tap for washing of your wetsuits. 

Both king rooms offer en-suites with stand-alone showers.

Outside

Outside, a lovely lawned garden at the rear of the house provides a peaceful escape, while there is ample parking available for 3 or 4 cars out the front. The property is ideally located, just a 15-minute walk to the beautiful beach and only 10 minutes away from the village amenities.

Additional Booking Information

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable).  If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.

Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

Fabulous comfortable and spacious property

Our family absolutely loved our week in Croyde and our choice of accommodation was perfect. Sea view, spacious, clean and very comfortable what more can you ask for. It was very convenient for Croyde with three lovely pubs within walking distance all offering great food and all are dog friendly. The beach is a short walk and National Trust's Baggy Point offering great views and easy access was again a short walk away. We will be returning in the near future that's for sure.

A perfect house for our holiday

This house was excellent! everything is exactly like the description. In a great location , we were able to walk to the pub and shops in the village in less than 10 minutes. The garden was secure and private for our dog. There is everything you need in the kitchen , loved the ice dispenser in the fridge! It was nice and warm on our arrival, which ended up being late due to traffic but easy access to the house was good. Lounge and settees are comfy you can even see the sea in the distance. Comfiest beds I've ever had on holiday too! So glad we chose this property very last minute and Ocean cottages were great to deal with. We had a lovely New Year in this house visiting the area and walking round Croyde, thankyou!
