New to the rental market in August 2018 - A brand new, 3 bedroom (sleeping 8 guests) holiday home situated just a short walk to the beach and village amenities. Immaculately presented with high end furnishings and decor throughout! Pet friendly too!

 

This property is the perfect base to enjoy a beach themed holiday with family and friends and has been presented with inspiration from the Californian beach, Mondo's.

Situated on an exclusive development of just 16 properties (due to be completed by Christmas 2018), this property offers a modern, fresh and well presented environment - a wonderful recipe for pure relaxation and comfort!

A large open plan kitchen/dining area can be found from the entrance of the property with integrated appliances (including dishwasher, washer dryer and wine cooler). A wonderfully well equipped environment for stirring up culinary treats. Bi-fold doors lead onto the enclosed, private courtyard. A dining table can be found here, seating up to 8 guests.

There are two sofas in the lounge (one of which is a sofa bed, sleeping up to 2 guests (charges apply). With the two sets of bi-fold doors, you can be relaxing in the comfort of the sofa enjoying Croyde's fresh sea air! A smart TV with Netflix is provided (subject to guest's Netflix subscription).

A WC can also be found on the ground floor with hanging space.

There are three bedrooms to the property. A double room to the rear (bedroom 2), with french doors and juiliette balcony facing towards the sea. This room has the flexibility to be arranged as either two singles or a double bed. Bedroom 3 is a bunk room, although the perfect room for children, the 3" beds are also suitable for adults too!

The master bedroom is situated at the front of the property, with views towards the hillside. This room has the added benefit of an en-suite shower room. This room also has the flexibility to be arranged as either two single beds, or a double room.

All beds are dressed with high quality linen and are decorated beautifully throughout.

There is a modern family bathroom with shower over bath.

A paved courtyard to the side of the propety has dining seating for 8 guests. The courtyard also has a hot/cold shower for washing down after a day on the beach! Hanging space can also be found for wetsuits. To the rear, there is a section of lawned garden.

One small dog is permitted at this property. Medium/large or 2 dogs may be accepted with the owner's agreement. Please contact us for more details.

Parking for two cars can be found infront of the enbloc garage, situated on the far left hand side. The garage is available for guest's use.

*Although the immediate neighbouring properties have been completed, there are ongoing building works on the site and the owner has therefore applied a 25% discount to the rental rates during this period. We strongly believe that these works will not detract from having a wonderful holiday in Croyde.*

Rental & Booking Information

£45 booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.  

Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
