The living/dining room is a spacious room with comfortable seating for 6 people, TV with freeview and a dining table and chairs for 6.
The kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped with built in appliances including Aga, electric oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a breakfast table with chairs for 6, TV with freeview and DVD player.
There are 3 bedrooms in total with one double room being located on the ground floor with a shower cubicle and sink, considered suitable for elderly/restricted mobility persons. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with zip and link beds which can be arranged as a super king bed on request and the master bedroom with en-suite.
To the ground floor there is a family bathroom with shower over the bath, the downstairs double bedroom has a shower cubicle and sink and upstairs the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.
Outside there is off road parking for up to 3 cars and further roadside parking if required. The large lawned garden is fully enclosed for children and dogs to enjoy safely, with a coal BBQ area, picnic bench, table and chairs and a shed is provided for convenient storage of surfboards and bikes etc. With wooden bench table and bench seating this garden is fabulous for enjoying meals in the garden. 2 dogs are welcome at this lovely property.

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 5pm and the check out time is 10am.

We spent a very enjoyable holiday at Hills View in Croyde. The house was well equipped, comfortable and clean. We loved the garden plenty of space for the children to play in and so pretty. The location is ideal with a 15minute, off road, walk to the beach and ice cream parlour just over the road.
Lovely cottage, great central location! We had lots of time in the sea and a great cycle to Ilfracombe and love Croyde!
This is a fantastic property in a central Croyde location. It was beautifully presented, very clean and well equipped. The reclining chairs in the lounge were very popular and the beds very comfortable. The garden is large and was really well enjoyed by the grandchildren. We had fantastic weather and ate in the garden nearly every day, and although on the main road it was private enough not to be a problem, and the closeness to the amenities outweighed any downside. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes easy walk to a super beach so not too far if you forget, or need to get something. All in all a brilliant holiday, and we wouldn't hesitate returning or using Ocean Cottages again.
We had a great week staying at Hills View, its a lovely good size cottage in the Perfect Location. The Cottage was very clean and had all the amenities required and when coming back to Croyde it will be Hills View we will be choosing to stay.
The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we could've wanted. The garden was great for the dogs (and us!) and the location was perfect. The Kitchen was very well kitted out, all beds and settees were comfy. Couldn't ask for more, a real home from home.

Excellent stay at Hills view cottage, great location and my 2 German short haired pointers enjoyed the large secure garden.The cottage was nice and clean.The only slight down side was the attention to cleanliness of the downstairs bedroom quilt and pillows which could do with been replaced as they were stained and tired.However I would definitely recommend and book this property in the near future.
In an amazing position right in Croyde and beautiful garden with great views which we loved. Well equipped, homely and pristinely clean. Six of us and our dog enjoyed our stay and with the weather being not so good at times the cosy lounge and recliner settee was also welcome . We will definitely book again.

This is a lovely house in a fantastic location, ideal for a family, everything that you could require in the house and excellent and pretty garden ideal for dogs. House was beautifully clean, best we have stayed in.
Putsborough beach fantastic, ice cream and pasty the best. Wonderful holiday with our children.
