When you choose Hideaway as the base for your holiday, the attention to detail in the presentation of the property will ensure your holiday is relaxing and enjoyable from the start to finish. From the entrance of the property, the open plan hallway flows into a large, dual aspect living area with large smart TV and DVD player. The bright pops of colour in the soft furnishings and the feature wood burner ensure you feel cosy and comfortable even on the most wintery of days. Large patio doors lead from this room with steps into the garden and to the games room.

The kitchen is well equipped to ensure dining and cooking for the family is as stress free as possible. A range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, large American fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are provided.  The extendable dining table is situated in the kitchen area with seating for 8, two more chairs are provided upstairs, and a dining bench can be moved from the lounge if required. A door from this room leads onto a paved garden area with a picnic bench to enjoy alfresco dining. There is also a utility room.

Two of the bedrooms are situated on this floor, along with a large wet room (with WC, sink and shower) to warm up after a day on the beach. There is a door to the patio area from the wet room. One of the ground floor bedrooms has a double bed with en-suite shower room (including WC and sink). This room is light and spacious and has the advantage of a TV. A further bedroom with twin beds can be found on the ground floor.

To the first floor of the property, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. These are arranged as a twin bedroom (please note these beds 2' 6'' which is narrower than the standard width of 3"), which has the flexibility of being arranged as a king if required, a small double room and a further large double room with a walk-in dressing room and wooden cot. This property has been converted from a bungalow and as a result the upstairs bedrooms do have some height restrictions as can be seen in the photographs. The family bathroom has a bath, shower, WC and sink.

The hot tub is situated on the patio area to the side of the property (charges apply). A games room can be found at the bottom of the lawned area of garden which is well equipped with an air hockey table, table football and an electronic dart board, this is sure to be the most popular area for the children of the group. A coal BBQ is provided.

There is a porch for shoes and outerwear. Parking for up to 3 vehicles to the front of the property. Retractable stair gates can be found at the top and bottom of the staircase. Please note that due to the installation and design of the stairs, these gates leave a gap at the bottom which could potentially allow a child to crawl beneath. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times.

Unlimited BT Fibre Broadband is provided.

Hideaway accepts one dog. Please note that due to the surfboard design of the garden gate, the garden is not a secure space for unaccompanied dogs.

Rental & Booking Information

£45 booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.  

If your booking is less than 10 weeks away, the full amount (including booking fee and damages deposit) is due at the time of booking.

Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.
