Set in a former grand Edwardian house, Lorna Doone, this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor apartment with private sun deck is ideally located, just a short walk to the beach and village amenities.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is well equipped and provides plenty of entertaining space for the whole family. The French doors lead out to the large decked terrace with table and chairs, a lovely spot for 'al fresco' dining and enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine.  The large communal gardens are shared between the apartments and provide a lovely area for children to explore and play.

There is a master bedroom with en suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Both bathrooms have the benefit of underfloor heating.

There are 2 dedicated off road parking spaces and it's location means it is within easy walking of the sandy, surfing beach are a great asset to this lovely holiday accommodation.  The village amenities are within easy reach as are the beautiful coastal path walks on the National Trust land at Baggy Point which lead around to the 3 miles of sand and surf at Putsborough and Woolacombe.

£45 booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.  

Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

Linen and hand/bath towels are provided free of charge.
