Cooking/Dining/Living
To the first floor is a very spacious, open plan style kitchen/dining room which opens out to a lovely large sitting room. Both the dining area and living room have bi-fold doors out to the expansive balcony and enjoy fabulous views across the village and out to sea. The kitchen is impressive and fitted with everything you may require for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including 2 ovens, built in microwave, hob, central island with bar stools, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and dining table and chairs seating 10 people.
The living room provides comfortable seating for 10 with a smart tv and plenty of space for entertaining.
Sleeping
There are 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 to the ground floor (3 & 5) and 3 to the first floor (1, 2 & 4).
The master suite offers a walk in wardrobe, king size bed, en-suite shower room and doors out to the balcony enjoying sea views.
Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has a double bed, wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and is fitted with a king size bed.
Bedroom 4 is a twin room with doors leading to the balcony
Bedroom 5 on the ground floor is a day room with tv, double sofa bed and a study area/desk. French doors lead onto the hot tub area.
Bathing
There is a spacious, modern family bathroom to the first floor with free-standing bath, separate walk in shower, sink units and wc. to the ground floor (serving bedroom 3 & 5) there is a shower room and Bedroom 1 & 2 both have en-suite shower rooms. There is an outside shower in the garden which is perfect for washing off after the beach.
Outside
There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles (a third vehicle can be parked behind the 2 parked cars) and there is also unrestricted roadside parking. The garden is south west facing and mainly lawned. The undercover terrace area houses the new coal BBQ and the hot tub (included in the rental rate) where many evenings can be spent come rain or shine! The first floor gives access to the expansive decked balcony where sun loungers and an outside seating area provide the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine to watch the sun set over the sea!
The property has EV charging for vehicles, this is paid when you arrive at the property using the designated app which you access by scanning a QR code when you arrive.

Free wifi is provided as well as bed linen and hand, bath and hot tub towels.
Two pets are accepted at this property (charges apply) - pets are allowed upstairs but not in bedrooms.

Rental & Booking Information
£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Bed linen and hand/bath/hot tub towels are provided.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

4 Ora Close is a superb house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Its location is perfect as it's an easy walk to the centre and to the beach. The house is very well presented with flexible accommodation, and has pretty much everything needed for great family holiday. The hot tub is a great added benefit. We took our German Shepherd so the enclosed garden and the large deck was perfect to be able to get her out when the weather was bad. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Jane and her team from Ocean Cottages also deserve high praise for their help and communication before and during our stay.
It was a very nice place in an excellent location. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with essentials. We had a lovely stay.
We have been coming to Croyde for 20 years and stayed in a number of properties, but Ora Close was perfect for our group. Three generations with their own space and everything we needed. A lovely location with views of the sea and the hot tub was great. Would definitely recommend. Ocean Cottages were brilliant to deal with from start to finish.

We have all had an amazing week here in Croyde. We have been coming to Croyde for 10 years and have never witnessed the gloious weather we had this week. The house is beautiful and suited all of our needs.
This house surpassed expectations. It suited our family perfectly and was very close to the village centre. On arrival the house was immaculate, and was certainly the best holiday home we have rented. It was very well equipped, although one suggestion would be an umbrella for some shade on the upstairs decking, where there were beautiful views to surrounding fields and the sea. This house will not disappoint!
We had 9 people in the group ranging from 15months to 83years. Everyone found plenty to do and had a great time. The cottage was an ideal location and a really nice place to spend the week together.
Really lovely accommodation, easily big enough for a big family. High quality amenities throughout. Would easily recommend this to anyone who wants a good location as well as a great place to stay.
The property was as described and lived up to expectations. Any little niggles from our rather niggly group were dealt with instantly. Their response to everything both before the holiday and during it was exceptional.
4 Ora Close was a last minute desperate booking when our original property sprung a leak. At a significantly higher cost it enabled us to have a holiday and we did not regret it. The property was spacious, smart and modern and the two-year-old enjoyed the slide in the garden. It was close to the village centre and facilities. I suggest the owners put in a few more mirrors!! The main downside was that it was a good 15 minute walk to the beach which was a hassle with a two-year-old; The beach was not good for pushing a buggy and it was a long way to carry her! However, it was nice to discover Croyde and we enjoyed it. We did not use the hot tub - it might be a good idea to only charge for that if the renters want it.
