The first school holiday of 2020 is fast approaching, and many of us will be looking to make the most of the time by eating out with our families. North Devon boasts many fine restaurants and pubs, but which really are the best? We've got you covered with a comprehensive list of our favourite hidden and not so hidden places to grab a family meal in Croyde, Woolacombe and Braunton.

THE RED BARN
(www.redbarnwoolacombe.co.uk)
Woolacombe

Established in 1965, the Red Barn has a long history of being a home from home for many of Woolacombe's surfers. It's just a stone's throw from the beach so if you're visiting the area ensure you drop in after that cold winter walk on the beach to get warm with a beer and great food. It caters to all offering breakfast, lunchtime and evening menus.
