The fantastic vaulted ceiling in the open plan kitchen/living/dining area gives the property a spacious feel - perfect for hosting the whole family. Freeview TV and DVD player are provided for your entertainment. The lounge area has comfortable seating for 6 guests and a large glazed wall with doors leading out to the patio keeps the property bright throughout the year.
A dining table for 6 guests is provided in this spacious living area, along with outside furniture for al-fresco dining. A trendy breakfast bar gives an additional area to enjoy the culinary treats whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen
The kitchen is situated in the heart of the home, meaning the chef is never left out of the holiday fun! There is plenty of worktop space and integrated appliances to make life as easy as possible.
The Breakers benefits from having two en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor. The beautifully presented twin bedroom is accessed from the main entrance hall. A double room is accessed from the living area, at the bottom of the stairs.
To the first floor, there is a kingsize bedroom, with a family bathroom that is also accessed of the landing.
The property benefits from an internal doorway from the main entrance hall to the garage. This space can be used to store bikes/boards etc. A washer, dryer can be found in the utility area of the garage.
The garden is laid with patio and stone chippings with several
shrubs and a hedged boundary to the Tarka Trail. A hot tub is
available and included within the rental rate!
Two dogs are welcome at this property.

Additional Booking Information
£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 4 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 6 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 6pm and the check out time is 9am.

Any special requirements? Speak to us and we will be pleased to do all we can to make your stay special.
Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
The breakers was perfect in every way. it had everything we needed, quality finishes and very well set out. The hot tub was perfect to relax in and the position so close to Woolacombe was ideal. Would def come back
After having arrived in Woolacombe to the most horrendous acco9mmodation booked thorugh another agency, I rang Jane at 9.30pm and by 9.45am the next day she had sorted this amazing accommodation for us. She went above and beyond to help us, amazing accommodation, amazing housekeeping and staff. Have now booked already this property for next year!

A gorgeous house in a perfect position especially if you have dogs to walk. Lots of space and very clean and comfortable.
We chose to book quite late for a short break and the service from initial enquiry through to our holiday was exceptional. The house was exactly as described and immaculately clean including the hot tub. We were close to all our favourite places in the area and enjoyed some excellent surf. We would definitely go again!!
We had a very relaxing time at The Breakers holiday home. It was beautifully clean and had everything by you needed. Really nicely furnished with comfortable beds. The hot tub was well maintained and lovely and hot, even on a very windy November evening. Would highly recommend this cottage.
We have stayed in the Breakers and next door at High Tides on several occasions. The properties are of a very high standard and we always enjoy staying in them. The Tarka Trail runs directly behind the the properties ans is ideal for cycling, dog wlaking and running. We have already booked another stay at the Breakers for September.
