The open plan living, dining and kitchen space offers a relaxed and family friendly environment. The bifold doors from this room lead to a small balcony which enjoys panoramic views across the beach, village and the surrounding countryside.
The contemporary kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and grill, 5 ring gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and breakfast bar.
The dining area, with seating for 4 guests has a wall mounted smart TV. The living space also has a further Smart TV, comfortable seating and a woodburner.
This property sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms. The master room hosts a king size bed and shower room ensuite. The second bedroom has two single beds (can be arranged as superking if required) along with some trendy bean bags for the children to kick back and relax in! Both bedrooms have smart TV's.
Marine View is equipped with Wifi, Netflix and airplay.
The modern family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Outside, private decked terrace with table & chairs for 'al-fresco' dining, coal BBQ provided and secure storage for bikes/surfboards. Parking for one vehicle.

Marine View is the Penthouse apartment. The property is built on a hillside and therefore the ground level to the front and rear of the property differ. Parking is at the rear of the property (furthest from the sea). From the car parking there is access to the apartment via some steps and a walkway (along the perimeter of the garden). The apartment is on one level internally, with no internal steps. A small balcony is at the front of the property (closest to the sea). There is no access from the balcony to the outside ground due to the difference in levels of the ground.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 4 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 6 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 6pm and the check out time is 9am.

Just arrived home from a wonderful week in Woolacombe, staying at Marine View apartment. The accommodation was fantastic and the view amazing. Our dog Chester had the best time, running for miles on the fabulous beach! Will definitely return.
This is our second time staying in marine view it's a brilliant apartment in a perfect location to access the village of Woolacombe. We're all look forward to our next holiday in Marine View. Thanks to Dom for maintaining the apartment to such a high standard.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need, is modern and clean with the most incredible views from the dining area. It's located less than 5 minutes walk to town and door to sand in around 10 minutes. The outdoor area is small but has a nice seating area albeit close to the road and very overlooked (it's at the rear of the property). That being said the road is quiet, so not really a big issue. A hand held shower to wash off wetsuits and dog on return from beach was welcome. Parking is on the road but right outside the apartment, so convenient. Friendly owner lives downstairs, welcoming but not intrusive. Thanks for a fabulous holiday!

Another fantastic week at Marine View in beautiful Woolacombe. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Not sure we will ever get used to climbing the hill to get back to the apartment each day but it's worth it for the stunning view. Our hosts are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The changes in relation to Covid 19 have been handled well. We've booked again for 2021.
We have just returned from a week at Marine View and we loved it. A warm welcome from our host and a lovely welcome pack including beer and Prosecco which was greatly received after a long drive in the rain. The apartment is modern and clean with everything you need and the views of the beach are stunning. It's a short walk to town and the beach although uphill on the way home which after a day on the beach and in the sea can be hard on the legs. We had our dog with us for his first holiday and the apartment and the town are very dog friendly. Would definitely recommend Marine View as a perfect base for your holiday.
Lovely, modern and immaculate apartment with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Dom was very welcoming and we made full use of body boards and BBQ in shed. The welcome pack included a Devonshire tea with scones and clotted cream, beer and prosecco! Lovely touch.

The welcome pack was very much appreciated after the long drive - thnak you! The views from the balcony are so beautiful. What a pretty place to live in! The apartment is great - couldn't fault anything and felt so homely! We've loved going for long walks - a few favourites include; Baggy Point, Lee Bay to lighthouse, Hunters Inn to Heddons Mouth, Mortehoe and around Croyde. All the beaches are so clean & beautiful! Flo has loved playing on the beach & smiling at passers by! We have loved trying lots of different cafes too; Beachcomber, Sandleigh tea room, Captains Table, Tides Inn, Bar Electric, Woolacombe fryer, Miss Fea's and Meraki for coffee and cake! There's so much to do here and in the area, in the rain or sun! We liked the Quince Honey Farm (great with a baby!) and the Marwood Hills gardens (thanks for the recommendation) and the Dartington factory was good. We will definitely be back! Thanks again.
We enjoyed the welcome pack and sea views in the lovely well equipped apartment. We had a fantastic time coasteering with Will Lange and saw two colonies of seals on Ilfracombe sea safari. We also had plenty of body boarding sessions, thanks for the loan of the two boards! Thanks again

This apartment has an amazing view over woolacombe bay! It is in the perfect location, close to the centre of town, but on a quiet street. It was lovely and clean and beautifully furnished. We had a great holiday and would definitely stay here again.
Lovely, clean and comfortable place to stay. Very convenient for
all amenities. Nice to have a parking space, right outside the
door. Also good if you have a dog, because you can nip them out
last thing at night without disturbing anyone.

Stayed at this apartment in the Easter holidays. Easy access from a good sized car park space right outside. Lovely modern apartment with great views over Woolacombe beach.
