Ocean Cottages are pleased to be able to offer you Hartland Heights, a lovely modern 2 bedroom seafront location self catering holiday apartment which sleeps 4/6 and has the most stunning views of the beach and sea.


This lovely apartment is on the second floor of Hartland House Apartments which are well known for being in one of the best locations in Woolacombe, just cross the road and you are on the main beach and 3 miles of sand and surf are at your feet for you to enjoy!!

Hartland Heights is perfect for families and couples wishing to be close to the beach, sea and all Woolacombe village amenities as it is only a 2 minute stroll to the centre of the village. This apartment really does have everything you could wish for in a self catering holiday home by the sea including Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom has a King Size Bed and the en-suite has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is a built in wardrobe, large chest of drawers and a small chest of drawers which has a TV on. The view from this bedroom is lovely, looking out over National Trust Land,

The bunk bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and has hanging space for clothes and a small chest of drawers. In this room there is also a high chair and travel cot should you need them.

There is a main family bathroom which consists of a modern white suite with a shower over the bath, toilet and wash hand basin. All kept to a very high standard.

The open plan lounge and dining room overlook Woolacombes famous 3 mile stretch of beach so as you can imagine the views are just amazing!! There are 2 chairs, a sofa which is also a sofa bed in the lounge so will sleep up to 6 people if required. In the lounge area there is a TV, play station 2 with games, DVD and CD player. The dining table is situated at the main front window so you can dine and enjoy the view!! 

The very well equipped Kitchen has modern oak units with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. The breakfast bar with stools looks out onto the beach and sea so the perfect place to watch the surf while enjoying your breakfast.

The outdoor communal area for guests use only has chairs, loungers and a large table and chairs to dine 'al fresco' and looks out on to the beach and sea with stunning views looking right across towards Putsborough, Baggy Point and beyond to Hartland. You see Lundy Island from here and to watch the sun set over Lundy Island is just beautiful. In the communal area you have your own mini beach hut where you can put all your beach items.

Please note there is an extra charge of £45 if the the sofa bed is required to accommodate up to 6 people.

There is parking for 1 car in your own personal space.

Our first visit to Woolacombe in many years and what a wonderful time we have had.

Our first visit to Woolacombe in many years and what a wonderful time we have had. From arriving to a spotlessly clean apartment in a superb location with stunning views, to the beautiful bay and coves, BBQ'd one eve and visited the Srilankan Curry on Barricane beach, our family visit was fantastic. We went on a RIB coast tour from Ilfracombe, played golf several times and swam, without wetsuits!!! Absolutely loved our time here! Thanks so much fro the Apartment.

£45 booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.  

If your booking is less than 10 weeks away, the full amount (including booking fee and damages deposit) is due at the time of booking.

Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
