5 Ocean Point is the perfect base for your Woolacombe holiday! Located minutes from the centre of Woolacombe and the beach, this 2 bedroom apartment will provide all you need to relax in the heart of Woolacombe!
Living/Dining/Cooking
The main living accommodation is modern and open plan with kitchen appliances including built in dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob & an array of kitchen essentials. There is a dining table with seating for 4. The living area provides comfortable seating for 4 - 6, Smart TV and access to the rear terrace where there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Sleeping
The bedrooms are located on the first floor and comprise a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room plus a twin bed.
Bathing
There is a family bathroom plus en-suite shower room to the master upstairs and a separate wc downstairs accessed from the living room. There is a communal outdoor shower for washing off after the beach.
Outside
There is underground dedicated parking area with space for 1 vehicle. The apartment is accessed from the car park area via a stairway or lift. (Please note there is a headroom limit on the underground parking of max. two metres. For guidance a long wheel base VW Transporter (minus roof racks) can access this area. This should be noted as these may need to be removed from large vehicles before access. The lift gives access to the main entrance level. There is a communal store room for surfboards, bikes and wetsuits.

Although there is lift access to the apartment, the bedrooms are on the first floor and therefore unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Please note - the blinds in the bedrooms are not black out blinds and therefore some light does filter through. Unfortunately, it is not possible install curtains due to planning restrictions.

£60 booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

Lovely clean apartment equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. Perfectly situated in Woolacombe with just a few minutes walk to all the local amenities and beautiful beach.
We have just enjoyed a week here! The apartment was beautifully presented in a perfect location for the beach, the restaurants and the shops. There was also some lovely touches such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea bags and a pint of milk! I would definitely recommend staying here and would not hesitate to book the apartment again!
The apartment was lovely, very clean throughout. Very comfortable seating area. Has everything you need. Pre-holiday comms from Ocean Cottages were spot on. Underground parking so useful for picking up/dropping off beach chairs on way to/from beach. Could have done with cooker instructions but soon decided not to bother cooking as so many good restaurants within easy walking distance! Woolacombe/Mortehoe in the sunshine can not be beaten.
This was a stunning, clean and modern apartment- just steps away from the golden sandy beach and shops. The apartment is a home away from home and I would definitely stay again given the chance. The house keeper was brilliant from the start to end of the stay. Thank you for a brilliant stay!
First girls trip in 18 months so was very much needed. All went brilliantly and the property is just a short walk from the Red Barn, which serves excellent food. The apartment was spotlessly clean, yes extra n=measures needed to be in place due to C19, but this was to be expected. Would return here without hesitation. Thank you
Great location, very clean and tidy apartment. Quiet and peaceful and only a 2min stroll to the beach. Parking was easy and good lift access from car park for unloading /loading. Would definitely stay again. Suitable for babies who are not not crawling and children who are good with stairs, but not the in between phase as no stair gates and apartment small in size.
Was a perfect place to stay, very clean, luxuries and perfectly laid out. All you would need in one place. Ocean cottages was a pleasure to deal with and would recommend them to everyone. They kept us informed days leading upto our stay and during our stay. Thank you again, can't wait to have a return visit.
