The living accommodation is modern and open plan with kitchen appliances including built in dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob & an array of kitchen essentials. There is a breakfast bar area with stools and dining table with seating for 6. The living area provides comfortable seating for 6 (including a sofa bed, additional charges apply), Smart TV and access to the rear terrace where there is a small bistro table and chairs.
The bedrooms are located to the first floor and comprise a master bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite shower room plus a twin bedroom.
There is a family bathroom room plus en-suite shower room to the master and a separate wc downstairs off the living room. There is a communal outdoor shower for washing off after the beach.
There is underground dedicated parking area with space for 1 vehicle. The apartment is accessed from the car park area via a stairway or lift. (Please note there is a headroom limit on the underground parking of max. two metres. For guidance, a long wheel base VW Transporter (minus roof racks) can access this area. This should be noted as these may need to be removed from large vehicles before access. There is lift access from the car park to main entrance level. There is a communal storage room for surfboards, wet suits and bikes.

Although there is lift access to the apartment, the apartment is set over two levels and therefore is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Please note - the blinds in the apartment are not blackout and do let a lot of light in during the mornings - unfortunately, these cannot be changed due to a covenant in the building consent. If you are a light sleeper, you may wish to consider an alternative property.

£60 booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

Very last minute, 3 night booking, excellent company very accommodating, will definitely use again when holidaying in Devon. Apartment was lovely very clean, well equipped and very close to the beach.

Having our own holiday homes we know how important it is to make sure things are presented well and are clean and tidy. We really could not fault the property. The only thing (which did not bother us as we didn't use it) was the TV in the master bedroom had no signal.
