A fabulous, contemporary 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Woolacombe. With beach views enjoyed from the first floor and balcony, the apartment is just minutes from the surf.

The living accommodation is located to the first floor and is modern and open-plan. There is a built-in dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, tumble dryer, coffee machine (Nespresso) & an array of kitchen essentials.  There is a breakfast bar area with stools and a dining table with seating for 4.  The living area provides comfortable seating for 4. The 55-inch 4K Smart TV with an integrated sound bar, also allows Bluetooth music streaming from smartphones. There is a 4K Firestick connected to the TV with guest profiles for Netflix and Amazon Prime. Disney Plus is also available.   The living area has access to the rear balcony where there is a small coffee table and chairs with views of beautiful Woolacombe beach. 

The bedrooms are located downstairs and comprise a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has bunk beds (full-size singles). The bunk bedroom has a smaller smart TV with access to the same streaming services as the living room. An Xbox is connected with a selection of digital games.  

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower and there is a separate shower room to the ground floor also. There is a cold communal outdoor shower in the underground parking area for washing off after the beach.

There is an underground dedicated parking area with space for 1 vehicle.  The apartment is accessed from the car park area via a stairway or lift. Please note there is a headroom limit on the underground parking of max. two metres. For guidance, a long wheel base VW Transporter (minus roof racks) can access this area. Therefore, the roof racks may need to be removed from large vehicles before accessing the car park. 

Apartment 12 has a dedicated PodPoint charging station which can be accessed via the PodPoint app with payment made online. 

There is lift access from the car park to the main entrance level and a communal storage room for surfboards, wet suits, and bikes.

Although there is lift access to the ground floor of the apartment (the bedrooms) the apartment is set over two levels with stairs leading to the living area on the first floor. Therefore is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Please note - the blinds in the apartment are not blackout and do let a lot of light in during the mornings - unfortunately, these cannot be changed due to a covenant in the building planning consent.  If you are a light sleeper, you may wish to consider an alternative property.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable).  If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.

Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

Lovely apartment.

Number 12 was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the view of the beach was stunning. I think the photos on the website don't really do it justice. Communication with Hannah at Ocean Cottages was very helpful and swift when we needed to check something with her. Would highly recommend, and we intend to come back again hopefully next year.

Beyond Expectations

Great location. Lovely apartment. Facilities and what is provided for guests is excellent and beyond expectations. Everything in walking distance. Exactly what the family needed.

Great communication all the way through out stay

Lovely apartment with stunning views of the town and beach and just two minutes walk from all facilities. We had a slight issue using the tv but Hannah was marvellous and stayed on the phone with us late into Saturday evening until it was sorted.

Great apartment close to Woolacombe beach

Great location close to the breach and restaurant. Apartment nicely decorated with all the equipment you need. Parking easy to access.
