New to the holiday rental market, Hill Side View is most definitely going to be a popular choice for families and weekend getaways. Hill Side View, has been recently reconfigured on the ground floor to create an open plan living/kitchen/dining room - perfect for entertaining. This space benefits from a newly fitted kitchen with stylish double Belfast sink and all the necessary appliances for a relaxing self-catered holiday, including a dishwasher, coffee machine and free parking at Putsborough Beach!


Modern, grey and white furnishings and decor have been thoughtfully executed across the ground floor. A large smart TV is provided in the lounge along with a freestanding BOSE bluetooth speaker. 36 Davids Hill has a newly installed woodburner for warmth and comfort on those colder Devon evenings. Both the lounge and dining table have ample comfortable seating for the full occupancy of the property.

Sliding doors from the living area lead onto the rear terrace and rear garden and a large bay window to the front of the property makes for a light, bright living space.

There is also a WC with sink to the ground floor along with storage space under the stairs and in the hallway for your additional holiday items.

There are three bedrooms to the first floor. The bunk room benefits from having full size single mattresses which could therefore be suitable for two adults if necessary. This bedroom has a chest of drawers and views across the rolling hills towards Putsborough beach.

The second bedroom can either be configured as a twin or double room (please state your requirements upon booking). A wardrobe is provided.

The master bedroom houses a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and looks onto the pretty rear garden.

The family bathroom consists of a WC, wash basin and electric shower over bath.

The rear garden of Hill Side View is arranged on two levels. The lawned area at the top of the garden is an ideal spot for garden games and picnics and the middle section is planted with a variety of pretty shrubs and flowers. The lower area is paved with direct access from the living area and is a real sun trap! An external table and chairs are provided for this space. The lower area is a real sun trap!

Please note that due to the differences in height between the middle and ground level terraces we always recommend adult supervision of children when using the garden.

A large utility space has been created to the rear of the garage. This room houses a washing machine, drying racks for wetsuits and is ideal storage for surfboards and bikes etc. A coal BBQ has been provided for guest's convenience.

Putsborough beach is less than 2 miles from this home. This can be walked if desired, however we do recommend driving for day trips to the beach and there is car parking available. 

Putsborough beach benefits from a surf school during the summer months and a cafe all year round. There are also showering facilities at the beach.  The owners of this property have kindly provided a parking permit for use at the Putsborough Beach car park.

Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde beach are also all within an easy drive of this property.

There is driveway parking for one vehicle, however the road is unrestricted and therefore additional vehicles can be parked on the roadside.

Fantastic holiday home

This house was very much home from home. Many rentals I've stayed in lack many facilities and amenities but these guys thought of everything which meant a stress free and very relaxed stay for us. Thank you

£45 booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.  

Check-in time is from 4pm and the check out time is 10am.

Subject to availability and if requested upon booking.
