Style, quality and comfort are in abundance at Sharland's 11 - a brand new 4 bedroom holiday home sleeping up to 10 people.  Located in an exclusive new development close to the heart of Croyde village and within easy walking distance of the famous surfing beach, this property has everything you need for a family holiday to remember!

To the first floor, the large open plan kitchen/dining/living room offers contemporary features and plenty of space for the whole family.  The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with high quality integrated appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, double electric oven, hob and microwave.  A filter coffee machine is also provided.  The large dining table with seating for 10 enjoys wonderful views through the bi-fold doors which open onto a lovely, south facing Juliet balcony - this overlooks the garden and surrounding hillside of Downend.  The living area provides comfortable seating for 10 with a large corner sofa and additional chairs.  There is a Smart TV and bi-fold doors which open to a Juliet balcony to the front offering views over Croyde and the surrounding countryside.

The lovely master suite is located to the first floor and offers a king size bed, Smart TV and bi-fold doors opening onto a Juliet balcony with views across the village and countryside.  There is a dressing room with ample built in wardrobe and storage space plus an en-suite bathroom with contemporary free-standing bath, separate shower and his & hers vanity unit.

To the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the rear garden and terrace.  This room has a King size bed. A further double bedroom with doors leading to the rear terrace and gardens can be configured as a twin or super king.  There is also a bunkbed room and family bathroom.  The garden room provides a welcome space for children/teenagers to relax with a Smart TV and Wii games console.  This room also has the benefit of a sofa bed which can be set up for an additional 2 guests on request.  There is a family bathroom on the ground floor with bath and toilet.  There is also access to the double garage with Pool table for your enjoyment and secure storage of boards/bikes/kayaks (also accessible from driveway).

Outside there is a large, south facing rear garden and terrace with table and chairs seating up to 10 people - the ultimate 'al-fresco' dining experience!  A coal BBQ is provided along with a fantastic new Hot Tub (additional charges may apply)!  Perfect for relaxing after a hard day at the beach and exploring the local area!  To the front of the property is driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

Rental & Booking Information

Additional Booking Information

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 4 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable).  If your dates are within 6 weeks, full payment is required.

Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.

It was decorated with a real 10ft Christmas Tree and it looked and felt like home from home. Can't wait to come and make more memories in 2020.

Fantastic!

Stayed for a week in feb, weather was awful. However, the place we stayed was amazing, great service from the team who run it, communication was great and friendly. The place we stayed was clean, mod-cons, just bring food. Only one thing missing was tumble dryer as wasn't able to dry clothes due to weather. But it didn't stop us having a great time! Thanks for having us we will be back!

Beautiful

We were a family booking, myself and sister and our families. This house was amazing, we were looking for something that would provide us the space and luxury that we wanted and this certainly did that. Everything is to such a high standard it did not disappoint, it was clearly not the cheapest we could of found but I would definitely say it was worth it, as there was nothing we could fault. Also everything was impeccably clean. Would not hesitate to book again for our next trip.
