Located in an exclusive new development close to the heart of Croyde village and within easy walking distance of the famous surfing beach, this property has everything you need for a family holiday to remember!
To the first floor, the large open plan kitchen/dining/living room offers contemporary features and plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with high quality integrated appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, double electric oven, hob and microwave. A filter coffee machine is also provided. The large dining table with seating for 10 enjoys wonderful views through the bi-fold doors which open onto a lovely, south facing Juliet balcony - this overlooks the garden and surrounding hillside of Downend. The living area provides comfortable seating for 10 with a large corner sofa and additional chairs. There is a Smart TV and bi-fold doors which open to a Juliet balcony to the front offering views over Croyde and the surrounding countryside.
The lovely master suite is located to the first floor and offers a king size bed, Smart TV and bi-fold doors opening onto a Juliet balcony with views across the village and countryside. There is a dressing room with ample built in wardrobe and storage space plus an en-suite bathroom with contemporary free-standing bath, separate shower and his & hers vanity unit.
To the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the rear garden and terrace. This room has a King size bed. A further double bedroom with doors leading to the rear terrace and gardens can be configured as a twin or super king. There is also a bunkbed room and family bathroom. The garden room provides a welcome space for children/teenagers to relax with a Smart TV and Wii games console. This room also has the benefit of a sofa bed which can be set up for an additional 2 guests on request. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor with bath and toilet. There is also access to the double garage with Pool table for your enjoyment and secure storage of boards/bikes/kayaks (also accessible from driveway).
Outside there is a large, south facing rear garden and terrace with table and chairs seating up to 10 people - the ultimate 'al-fresco' dining experience! A coal BBQ is provided along with a fantastic new Hot Tub (additional charges may apply)! Perfect for relaxing after a hard day at the beach and exploring the local area! To the front of the property is driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

Additional Booking Information
£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.

The house was perfect for our family celebration, with 6 adults 2 children and a dog the house felt spacious and made a great party space, we all loved the games room and enjoyed the hot tub, the location was perfect for access to Croyde beach and also a short car journey to Woolacombe and Saunton sands, we loved our week there and hopefully we will be back!

Sharlands 11 was a beautiful house which was very well equipped and comfortable. The facilities were great with lovely views and garden. A good size for 10 people. The wetsuit area and outdoor shower with a separate entrance was very useful and the hot tub with views of the hills was a great luxury.

This is our favourite time in Croyde and this is by far the best house we have stayed in. Fab location for for getting to the beach, lots of great walking and had an excellent meal at the Thatch. We particuarly enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. We have already booked to come back to Sharlands next year!!
The property was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We had ample room for everyone. There were 3 generations plus our dog. All had a great fun time. Grandchildren loved the two games in the garage and loved having their own tv/games room. We were only a few minutes walk from main town and beach. The views from our kitchen/diner were stunning. Lots of good walks which again we all thoroughly enjoyed. Would love to return. A great property.
What a fantastic house! Shame the rule of 6 restricted who could come on this pre-lockdown holiday! We loved the amazing lounge, hot tub, baggy point walks and surfing. The views to lundy island from the beach were lovely and we loved the chilled feeling of this house.

Sharlands is a beautiful property in an ideal location for the village and the beach. The property is very spacious and light and has plenty of room for a large group.
This is by far the nicest place we have stayed. We have already booked for next year!
We were a family booking, myself and sister and our families. This house was amazing, we were looking for something that would provide us the space and luxury that we wanted and this certainly did that. Everything is to such a high standard it did not disappoint, it was clearly not the cheapest we could of found but I would definitely say it was worth it, as there was nothing we could fault. Also everything was impeccably clean. Would not hesitate to book again for our next trip.
the bath in the main bedroom needs somewhere to put a bath of soap and a grab rail for us older people to get out .i had great difficulty getting out .and instead of fridge and a freezer up stairs and a big one the garage put in two fridges.as the eating habits of my family vary
Stayed for a week in feb, weather was awful. However, the place we stayed was amazing, great service from the team who run it, communication was great and friendly. The place we stayed was clean, mod-cons, just bring food. Only one thing missing was tumble dryer as wasn't able to dry clothes due to weather. But it didn't stop us having a great time! Thanks for having us we will be back!
We had a wonderful Christmas & New Year here at Sharlands 11.
It was decorated with a real 10ft Christmas Tree and it looked and felt like home from home. Can't wait to come and make more memories in 2020.
