Travertine stairs with LED lights lead to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with views overlooking Croyde towards Baggy Point and the sea. The master bedroom also has lovely views to Baggy Point and benefits from a dressing room with ample storage and contemporary en-suite shower room. There is also a fourth bedroom which is arranged as a twin bedroom. The family bathroom has both seperate shower and bath with attractive LED lighting.
Outside there is driveway parking for one car and unrestricted street parking to the front of the property. There is a secure garage for storing bikes/boards and wetsuits which is also accessible from the rear garden. There is use of a gas BBQ. A wetroom can be found at the rear of the garage - perfect for washing down after the beach.
Seascape now has the wonderful addition of a hot tub too, perfect for soaking off after a day in the surf - additional charge applies.
There is WI-FI available together with DVD player, Blu Ray player, Sky and an iPod dock! All the home comforts.
Bed linen & hand/bath towels are provided.

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 4 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 6 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 6pm and the check out time is 9am.

Stunning house in Croyde. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lovely bathrooms and brilliant spacious kitchen, diner & living space. Really sociable for relaxing and cooking. Had a perfect week Great location for Croyde pubs and restaurants and for exploring the wonderful coast.
Seascape was the ideal location, short walk in to Croyde village. Pleasant 10 minute walk to the beach, quiet location. The house was a spotless, open plan and a sociable space. Well equipped, with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hot tub in the outdoor space was a welcome treat, even though I wouldn't usually bother with one. We have had a lovely holiday and staying in this house made the rainy morning's tolerable as It enabled us to relax and chill in comfort.
We have just had a thoroughly enjoyable week in Seascape.The walks round Croyde were good, the surf great and the hot tub a bonus at the end of the day. We will return.

A thoroughly enjoyable break despite the circumstances that led to it! We originally booked at 'Sandy Toes' just around the corner and were happy enough there before the boiler sprung a pretty major leak on the first morning and we were told that we needed to move to new accommodation. Seascape. This was an upgrade in terms of size and amenities (although it doesn't have a garden). We did however find it to be the absolutely perfect place to chill out after a long day at the beach! Everything worked perfectly in the house, it was very spacious and has been built to a very decent spec. Regards the boiler, these things happen but when they do it is all about how the provider responds. And I have to say the way Ocean Cottages handled the situation was absolutely top class. We will definitely book again with them, hopefully next year.
Loved Seascapes as soon as we entered the house. Clean and spacious. A great start to an amazing weekend break. A very professional company to book with.
We have had a wonderful time staying here in Croyde. The location is fab, few minutes walk to the beach and a lovely children's park. We will certailnly be coming back.
