Charming Sea Lodge is located in the heart of beautiful Croyde village and provides you with the perfect base for exploring the stunning countryside and beaches of North Devon. This superb apartment has recently had a gorgeous makeover and now boasts fabulous, modern furnishings and fittings; complimenting the wonderful appeal of this coastal holiday home. There is a lovely master bedroom with king sized bed, a double bedroom and a bunk room with double bed and single over, sleeping 6 people in total.


The recently revamped Sea Lodge is set over two floors and offers guests incredibly comfortable and convenient accommodation, right in the centre of Croyde. The property is close to all local amenities and there are a range of fabulous local pubs to visit, should you wish to indulge in a delicious local beer or tasty seasonal meal. If you fancy a pleasant stroll to the waters edge then you are in luck; Sea Lodge is just a short walk away from the glorious sandy beach and promises to supply you with everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Outside of the property there are steps that lead up to the first-floor entrance. The front door leads through a hallway and into the spacious, open plan living/dining room which offers modern and comfortable seating and dining for all. The room pays homage to the local area with beach themed decorative accessories, stunning grey sofas and a refreshing palette of crisp whites and cool blues. There is also a flat screen TV with Freeview in the living area should you wish to enjoy a cosy evening in and wood flooring throughout.  

The modern kitchen is newly refurbished with integrated appliances including fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, cooker hood & dishwasher. There is also a new washer/dryer and a good amount of workspace for whisking up treats during your stay.

The double bedroom and bunk room (small double, with single over) have both been tastefully decorated with a nautical theme and deliver a fresh and homely feel, providing guests with a calming place to sleep. There is ample storage in each room and you are therefore able to tidy away your belongings and really make the property feel like a home from home during your stay! The delightful sleep spaces have access to a newly fitted, modern family bathroom with electric shower over the bath and good quality fixtures and fittings throughout. There are stairs that lead up to the second floor where you will find the master bedroom, housing a luxurious king sized bed for ultimate relaxation. This lovely hideaway has the added bonus of a spacious en-suite and so offers a quiet, luxurious retreat for two. The en suite comprises of a sink, shower cubicle and WC with a bright and airy design. A great space to base yourselves for your stay in wonderful North Devon!

Outside of the property there is a pretty, sunny courtyard garden with picnic bench for al fresco dining when the weather is fine. This is also a great space for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cooler when you fancy a bit of peaceful reflection about your day. A delightful area to enjoy!

Unfortunately, there is no parking at the property. This has been reflected in the price of the accommodation and a reduction in line with the local village car parking tariff has been applied to the rental rate. This apartment is situated above Montague Farmhouse (another holiday rental property) and is accessed via an external staircase. Internally, the apartment is set across two floors.

Additional Booking Information

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 4 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable).  If your dates are within 6 weeks, full payment is required.

Check-in time is from 6pm and the check out time is 9am.
