Sand Dunes has undergone a complete makeover and now offers contemporary accommodation close to Croyde beach and village.  *The garden is currently being finished and new photos will be added once complete*

On entry you are greeted by cool grey tones, high quality, stylish furnishings and a great feeling of space and comfort.  The ultra-modern, newly fitted kitchen has everything you require and more with integrated appliances including electric oven and hob, fridge and a dishwasher. There is an extending dining table with chairs for 2 plus 2 bar stools which can be lowered to use at the table if required.  The sitting room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV with BT Sport and a DVD player plus Wii Console for plenty of entertainment and family fun!  The sofa coverts to a double bed to sleep an additional 2 people (charges apply) if required.

The bedroom offers a sumptuous double bed, plenty of storage and a Smart TV with DVD player. 

The bathroom is brand new with contemporary fittings including an electric shower over the bath and a utility cupboard housing a washer/dryer.

Outside there is driveway parking for two cars to the front and to the rear of the property there is a lovely garden with decking and outdoor table and chairs, surfboard stand, washing line and a shower for washing off after a hard day at the beach!

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 4 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable).  If your dates are within 6 weeks, full payment is required.

Check-in time is from 6pm and the check out time is 9am.

Great location and high quality accommodation.

This holiday cottage/bungalow has the wow factor. Refurbished to a high standard, well designed with quality contents and everything you could wish for to make this a home away from home, loved the walk in wardrobe! Ideal location for the village centre and beach which are within 8 minutes walk away in a quiet street with off road parking for two cars. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back.

Luxury accommodation and a fabulous location.

Sand Dunes certainly has the WOW factor. Everthing was so well thought out, every piece of equipment you could want and everything highest quality. The location was perfect. Easy to find, quiet, just a short walk to the beach and village so no need to worry about car parking. We loved everything about this property and really appreciated just how much thought and care had gone into even the smallest detail.

Lovely and perfect holiday

We loved staying at Sand Dunes. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and to town. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and had everything we need. We will be back next year.

Truly amazing and comfortable place

This little place is a gem. Beautiful inside, with ever mod con that you could ask for. Exceptional clean, and fully equipped. Location is superb, a short walk to Croyde beach & shops, with a convenient fish n chip/pizza takeaway also near by. We wished we'd booked a second week and will certainly be returning in the future.

Well appointed, brand new property.

Ocean cottages kept us fully informed regarding the ever changing COVID regulations. There were clear, practical instructions, both prior to arrival and in the house. The property is brand new and fitted with quality fixtures and contents. A mirror in the bathroom, near the sink, would be useful, as shaving was a technical challenge without one. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay In very comfortable surroundings.
