Mill Farm is a farmhouse which dates back to 1675 and has been beautifully restored to a very high standard and now offers luxury and comfortable accommodation close to the heart of Croyde village. This holiday home is full of character, with beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplaces and an abundance of charm, offering accommodation of a good size for all the family to enjoy, including... a HOT ROCK SAUNA! This sauna, positioned on the ground floor off the double shower wet room is brilliant when returning cold from surfing adventures or winter walks. The two log burners create a lovely atmosphere during the winter months, either whilst dining or relaxing. During the summer months there are plenty of outside spaces including the large, paved terrace & raised lawned garden complete with dining tables, to relax and entertain.
The main sitting room has a Smart TV and 3 sofas offering comfortable seating for up to 8 people. There is a log burner which is perfect for snuggling up after coming home from a crisp winter walk or energising surfing session!
There is also a separate snug which has a flat screen TV and seating for up to 4 people.
The large farmhouse style kitchen provides ample space to cook up a feast with a great contrast of modern and traditional features, creating a warm and inviting space. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer plus another separate fridge, double oven and a washer/dryer. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.
The dining room is full of wonderful character features such as a large Inglenook fireplace with log burner, original beams and stone walls. A large, round dining table with seating for 8-9 people provides a great setting for family meals and evening games and entertainment.
There are 4 bedrooms in total all located on the first floor. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 both have a double bed, bedroom 3 has twin beds and bedroom 4 has bunk beds with an optional extra trundle bed for the 9th guest.
There are two bathrooms on the first floor, both with shower attachments on the taps and one with a wall mounted shower over the bath. There is a downstairs toilet and a separate wet room with two rain head showers. In this room there is a wonderful hot rock sauna. There is also a hot outside shower which is perfect for washing off after a trip to the beach.
The abundance of features are not limited to the inside, the outside areas have been thoughtfully designed with comfort and privacy in mind. There is a large terrace with outside table and chairs, BBQ, wetsuit and surfboard storage, bike rack and driveway parking for 3 cars. There is a lawned front garden and a raised lawned area with further table and chairs. Please note, there is a stream which runs between the driveway and the property and therefore children and dogs should be supervised at all times when outside.

Bed linen and hand & bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Sauna included within the price - this is used at entirely your own risk and is not suitable for anyone under the age of 16.
The stream runs between the driveway and the house. There are fences/borders and a gate in place, however children and dogs should be supervised at all times in the garden.

Additional Booking Information
£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.
