Situated on an exclusive development of just 16 properties (built in 2019), this holiday home offers a modern, fresh and well presented environment - a wonderful recipe for pure relaxation and comfort!
Dining/Cooking
An open plan kitchen/dining area can be found from the entrance of the property with integrated appliances (including dishwasher and washing machine) & dining table seating up to 6 guests. A wonderfully well equipped environment with a Smart TV for entertainment whilst cooking! Bi-fold doors lead out to the side terrace.
Living
There are two sofas and a Smart TV in the lounge providing comfortable seating for up to 6 people and two sets of bi-fold doors leading out to the terrace and garden.
Sleeping
There are three bedrooms upstairs, a double room to the rear (bedroom 2), with zip & link bed which can be arranged as a twin or king size bed, TV, wardrobe & french doors with juliette balcony enjoying lovely views over the garden, village and towards the sea. Bedroom 3 is a single bedroom with a wardrobe.
The master bedroom is situated at the front of the property, with views towards the hillside. This room has the added benefit of an en-suite shower room, a king size bed, Juliette balcony and wardrobe.
Bathing
There is a modern family bathroom with shower over the bath as well as the master en-suite shower room. A WC can also be found on the ground floor and an outside shower, perfect for washing off after the beach!
Outside
A paved courtyard to the side of the property provides an outdoor shower area (perfect for washing off after the beach), wetsuit hanging and a surf board rack. Al-fresco dining seating overlooks the lawned garden and there is a coal BBQ also provided.
There is parking for 1 car in front of the garage (garage not available to guests).

Additional Booking Information
£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

Reviews
We've been holidaying in Croyde for many years and this has been the best stay so far. This property is ideally located for both the beach and the village and has everything you need and more. We will definitely be looking to book a return visit as soon as we can.
We had a great week in Devon staying in Kieton Sands. The house is superb - very much brand new with great facilities and a lovely open feeling with loads of light - the photos on the website almost don't do it justice. Really convenient location as well. Ocean cottages also take the cleaning side of things very seriously, which is excellent.
