A contemporary 3 bedroom (sleeping 5 guests) holiday home situated just a short walk to the beach and village amenities. Immaculately presented with high end furnishings and decor throughout!

This property is the perfect base to enjoy a relaxing family holiday close to the beach.

Situated on an exclusive (built in 2019) development of just 16 properties, this holiday home offers a modern, fresh and well presented environment - a wonderful recipe for pure relaxation and comfort!


An open plan kitchen/dining area can be found from the entrance of the property with integrated appliances (including dishwasher and washing machine) & dining table seating up to 6 guests. A wonderfully well equipped environment with a Smart TV for entertainment whilst cooking! Bi-fold doors lead out to the side terrace. 


There are two sofas and a Smart TV in the lounge providing comfortable seating for up to 6 people and two sets of bi-fold doors leading out to the terrace and garden.


There are three bedrooms upstairs, a double room to the rear (bedroom 2), with zip & link bed which can be arranged as a twin or king size bed, TV, wardrobe & french doors with juliette balcony enjoying lovely views over the garden, village and towards the sea.  Bedroom 3 is a single bedroom with a wardrobe.

The master bedroom is situated at the front of the property, with views towards the hillside. This room has the added benefit of an en-suite shower room, a king size bed, Juliette balcony and wardrobe.


There is a modern family bathroom with shower over the bath as wel as the master en-suite shower room.  A WC can also be found on the ground floor and an outside shower, perfect for washing off after the beach!


A paved courtyard to the side of the property provides an outdoor shower area (perfect for washing off after the beach), wetsuit hanging and a surf board rack.   Al-fresco dining seating overlooks the lawned garden and there is a coal BBQ also provided.

There is parking for 1 car in front of the garage (garage not available to guests).

£45 booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.  

Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
