The open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining room is the hub of this amazing new home and a great space for relaxing and entertaining. The contemporary kitchen provides everything you need to cater for your family, with appliances including a double oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining area provides seating for 8 people and has bi-fold doors leading out to the covered terrace area and south facing garden. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating for 8 and has a Smart TV to keep the whole family entertained with Netflix, Disney+, NOW TV, ITV hub etc (guests use their own accounts). The TV has a soundbar which can also be used to stream your own music. Bi-fold doors from the living area open out to the terrace and garden.
There is a useful utility area in the garage, with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink area, wetsuit drying rack and plenty of secure storage for boards/bikes. A Ping pong table and table football have just been added to the garage to create a games rooms - perfect for keeping all ages entertained in any weather!
There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 located on the first floor and 1 to the ground floor. The 2 front double bedrooms have king size beds, ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the balcony, where lovely views across the dunes to the sea are enjoyed. Bedroom 3 is a large twin room with optional trundle bed for a small child (charges may apply) and has an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 4 downstairs has bunk beds and is serviced by the wet room on this floor. All beds are dressed with high quality duck and down duvets & pillows and luxury 600tc Egyptian cotton bedding, providing a much needed relaxing and comfortable night's sleep!
To the ground floor there is a wet room with shower and wc, perfect for washing off after the beach and also servicing the downstairs bedroom. Upstairs, each bedroom has an en-suite, two being bathrooms and one a shower room.
There is driveway parking for 4 vehicles which is accessed off the shared driveway (shared with 2 other properties). The garden is located to the front of the property and is south facing (not fully enclosed therefore children should be supervised at all times). There is a lovely terrace area with garden furniture and a coal BBQ. This terrace is canopied by the balcony above, so if the weather is not quite up to scratch then the outside can still be enjoyed. There is an outside shower (cold water) for washing off after the beach.

Wifi, bed linen and hand/bath towels are provided free of charge.
There is a motion sensor video security door bell at the entrance to the property. All recordings are deleted within 21 days.
Very conveniently located between the beach and the village. Walk to the beach is approx 5 minutes and to the village is approx 10 minutes.
Pets are not accepted at this property
There is currently no travel cot at this property so please bring your own if required

Rental & Booking Information
£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

This is a beautiful house where everyone has their own space. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all quiet, well equipped and beds very comfy. Social space is fabulous for evening, games room an added bonus with plenty of drying space and good facilities. A short walk to town and the beach made this an ideal and luxurious hang out for two families together. We have booked it again already!
We had a lovely week in this immaculate new property. A really great house for our party of 6 adults (the number of lovely bathrooms an added bonus). Additional outdoor seating would've been appreciated as we were blessed with some hot sunny days and the little sofa only seats 2-3. Equally a bench or similar on the upstairs balcony would be great, as the views from this spot are divine. I imagine that, as this is a new property, these things will be addressed in time. Luckily the clever bi-fold doors brought the outside in anyway. Be prepared for passers-by to stop and have a good look though! Being so close to the village and the beach, from which we witnessed the most spectacular sunsets, was brilliant. I didn't get in the car all week! Our last holiday to Croyde was 20 years ago and it was fabulous to see how unspoilt the area remains. Thank you so much. We will be back!
Great new build property in a fabulous location , a short distance from the beach and amenities of Croyde. The property is immaculate with outdoor space to the front. Well furnished and with good size bedrooms for all. Would definitely recommend it.
