The living area of this property is extremely comfortable and follows the fresh, light theme of the whole of the property. Pops of colour in the rugs and soft furnishings make this room feel cosy yet contemporary.
An attractive stairwell leads to the first floor with a feature galleried landing. 5 large bedrooms can be found on this floor, all of which provide comfortable and beautifully presented sleeping spaces.
To the rear, two double rooms enjoys views across the garden to the fields and wooded areas of Saunton Down both benefitting from attractive en-suite shower rooms and with the large master suite having french doors with juliette balcony. There is a further single bedroom overlooking the rear also.
To the front of the property you will find a further 2 double bedrooms enjoying sea views across the dunes and a family bathroom with shower over the bath.
There is garden space to the front of the property with ample driveway parking for numeroius cars. The lovely south facing large lawned garden to the rear has a lovely open outlook over the fields to the hills behind and provides a wonderful area for adults, children & dog alike, to enjoy. A bike storage shed is available for guests to use.
Dining tables, seating and a gas BBQ are also provided. This property has the added bonus of an outside shower.
1 dog is permitted at this property.
A smart TV is provided in the lounge, an additional TV is provided in the master bedroom and the kitchen area.

Rental & Booking Information
£45 booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.
