Luxury 1 bedroom apartment located above the New Coast Kitchen in the heart of Croyde - perfect for couples or friends to enjoy a getaway in the 'hubbub' of the village centre yet just a short walk to the beach!

 

Living/dining/eating

The open plan living/dining/kitchen is a great space to chillout after a hard day at the beach!  Relax and enjoy the surroundings, watch the world go by outside the window, or enjoy your favourite film on the Smart tv in the living area. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar area with 2 bar stools and comfortable seating for 4 in the living area plus books and games for your enjoyment.

There is one bedroom with a kingsize bed

Bathing

The contemporary shower room offers a large walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.

Outside

There is a secure surfboard store for each apartment and an outside shower for washing off after the beach plus wetsuit hanging rail.

The apartments are located in the heart of Croyde above New Coast Kitchen and The Post Office, there is no parking or outside space, however there is a picnic area with benches just across the road and of course the beach!  A weekly permit can be purchased for the village car park which is less than a minutes' walk and costs approx £30.

1 small, well behaved pet is accepted (additional charge of £20)

The apartment is accessed via one flight of stairs and therefore unfortunately, not suitable for disabled guests or people with restricted mobility.

Rental & Booking Information

Additional Booking Information

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable).  If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.

Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.
