A stunning 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of Croyde with easy access to the beach and village amenities - the perfect base for exploring Croyde and the local area, with tasteful interior design providing a truly relaxing environment.



The open plan living/dining/kitchen is a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the style and comfort of 2 the hub. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar area with 2 bar stools and comfortable seating for 4 in the living area with a smart tv, books and games.


The bedroom has a superking bed which can made up as a twin on request, wardrobe and full length mirror


The contemporary shower room offers a large walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.


There is a secure surfboard store for each apartment and an outside shower for washing off after the beach plus wetsuit hanging rail.

The apartments are located in the heart of Croyde above New Coast Kitchen and The Post Office, there is no parking or outside space, however there is a picnic area with benches just across the road and of course the beach!  A weekly permit can be purchased for the village car park which is less than a minutes' walk and costs approx £30.

1 small, well behaved pet is accepted (additional charge of £20)

The apartment is accessed via one flight of stairs and therefore unfortunately, not suitable for disabled guests or people with restricted mobility.

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable).  If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.

Check-in time is from 5pm and the check-out time is 10am.

Modern apartment with everything you need right in the centre of Croyde. Would definately recommend.

Lovely Apartment

This is a lovely apartment in the centre of the village. Although in a central location above a restaurant the apartment seems to be very well soundproofed; (you can hear a bit but not nearly enough to be an issue). The apartment itself is lovely, modern, very clean, bright, well equipped and felt secure. The location is perfect for being just a short stroll away from the pubs, restaurants and the beach. The shop in the post office is also really handy for essentials. We didnt have a problem parking in the village car park even in peak season but it is busy. The area is great and there's loads to do, would definitely reccomend it.
