The accommodation is set over two floors with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, additional wc, living room and kitchen/diner to the ground floor. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a modern free-standing bath and lovely views towards the dunes.
The living room provides comfortable seating for 6, a large Smart TV and a lovely wood burning stove - perfect for warming up after a brisk, coastal, winter walk!
The open plan kitchen/dining room has bi-fold doors which open out onto the terrace and garden and allow plenty of light to flood in. The kitchen is well equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Lavazza coffee machine.
The dining area has a table and chairs seating up to 6 people and a day sofa.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, on the ground floor there is a double room with built in wardrobes and outlook over the garden. There is also a single bedroom with large single bed. The master bedroom is on the first floor, accessed via an open staircase and has a free-standing bath and lovely rooftop views across the great fields and towards the dunes!
The main bathroom is on the ground floor with a large walk-in shower, wc and wash basin. There is a separate wc located on the ground floor and the master bedroom has a free-standing bath. There is a useful, hot shower outside which is perfect for washing off after a day at the beach or an exhilarating surf session!
The garden is fully enclosed making it a great space for children to play. There is a large lawned area plus a decked terrace with sun loungers for soaking up the sun and a further terrace with outdoor table and chairs, chiminea and BBQ. To the front of the property there is driveway parking for 2 cars plus an additional vehicle can be parked on the road.

There is a refundable security deposit of £150 payable with the final balance, returned within 14 days of departure.

Saunton beach is a 5 minute drive from the property or you can walk through the country lanes leading from West Park to join the South West Coast path and onto the beach in approx 40 minutes.
Approximately 5 minute walk to Braunton Village amenities, including: pubs, shops, supermarket and restaurants.
Wifi, bed linen and hand/bath towels are provided free of charge.

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.
